About Learn Dari
Learn Dari is an educational service operated by Welsenes Brothers V.O.F., KVK 77647157, Nieuwe Prinsengracht 92-2, 1018VW Amsterdam, Netherlands. Contact: welsenes.brothers@gmail.com. It is a separate service from Learn Farsi.
Beta content and availability
Learn Dari is in beta. Learning material is awaiting native Dari review and may contain mistakes. Current synthetic pronunciation previews use Iranian Persian, not native Dari recordings. We do not provide certified instruction or translation, or guarantee a particular learning outcome. The alphabet course and iPhone app are coming soon; purchasing Premium does not mean either is already available.
Free lessons and Premium access
The first 3 vocabulary lessons and first 3 grammar lessons are free. Premium unlocks the remaining vocabulary and grammar lessons. Current plans are €4.99 monthly, €39.99 yearly and €69.99 lifetime. Stripe Checkout shows the payable amount, currency, billing frequency and any applicable tax before you confirm payment. Access is linked to your Learn Dari account, including access in the iPhone app when released.
Renewals and cancellation
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Use Manage subscription on your membership page or in account settings to update payment details, view available invoices and cancel future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period, with access retained until then. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Any price changes will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal.
Lifetime access
Lifetime is a single payment with no recurring renewal. It provides continuing Premium vocabulary and grammar access for the operating lifetime of the Learn Dari service, on the web and the iPhone app when released. It does not promise that the service will operate indefinitely or include separately sold future products. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
Refunds and consumer rights
Contact us with your account email and purchase details if there is a payment problem or you want to request a refund. Do not send card details. Any statutory withdrawal, refund or conformity rights that apply to your purchase remain available. We do not treat account creation, payment or immediate access alone as a waiver of those rights. A full refund, failed payment or qualifying payment dispute may remove the associated Premium access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Your account and acceptable use
Keep access to your sign-in provider and email secure. Use Learn Dari lawfully. Do not interfere with the service, access another person’s account, manipulate XP or rankings, or redistribute learning material without permission. Paid access does not transfer ownership of our content. Report suspected errors or abuse through contact.
Account deletion and privacy
Our privacy policy explains account data, service providers, analytics and your choices. Account deletion is available in settings. Active or scheduled-to-end subscriptions must first reach their end or be resolved with support; deleting an account is not a substitute for cancellation. Deletion removes associated learning progress and lifetime account access and does not automatically refund a purchase, without limiting statutory rights.
Service changes and disputes
We may improve or change features and take proportionate steps to maintain security. We will communicate material changes affecting paid access. Dutch law applies, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
